New A-Z Life Coverage application effective May 31, 2026
What’s changing
| | A shorter application and concise medical questions | |
| An option to choose Guaranteed Acceptance upfront without completing medical questions | |
| Eligibility now reflects shorter look-back periods. |
|

|
|
| | Cancer (excluding basal cell carcinoma): |
look-back period reduced from within the last 10 years
to within the last 5 years — opening doors for better coverage for many cancer survivors who previously had limited options. |

PDFs of the new applications will be available on our advisor portal, ezbiz, by 5 p.m. ET on May 30, 2026. You may also order printed copies from your MGA starting the week of May 25, 2026. |

Transition rules
Effective May 31, use of the new application (version date 04/26) is required.
• | | May 30: Last day for signed applications with version date 06/25 | • |
| May 30 (5 p.m. ET): All A-Z Life Coverage e‑applications on eAccess must be completed and submitted or they will no longer be available. | • |
| May 31: First day to use application with version date 04/26 | • |
| June 5 (5 p.m. ET): Paper applications with version date 06/25 must be received by New Business. No exceptions. |
