Possible delays with segregated fund policy scheduled payment

Some clients are experiencing a delay receiving a scheduled payment from their policy. We’re working quickly to send these payments now that segregated fund policies have moved to a new administration system. This delay will resolve quickly and be a one-time event. We expect all scheduled payments to be made on Aug 5.​ 

 

 

 

 

If clients have any questions or concerns about a missing payment, please encourage them to contact the Client Service Centre at 1-888-252-1847 for help. If you have any questions, please contact your aligned Client Service Specialist (CSS).
