Canada Life open for business July 2 and 3

• We recently announced that Canada Life will be helping our employees celebrate Canada Day this year with 2 extra paid days off in July
• While most employees will take these vacation days on July 2 and 3, others will take different days off in order to have appropriate staffing levels to continue to keep the business operating
• We'll continue to have employees available in our head offices and call centres during this time, to support you and your clients

Digital contract notifications

• You will now receive an automatic email when the digital contract package is available on the search screen within new business web application
• These notifications will be sent for all insurance and application types including SimpleProtect, web applications and paper applications
• To receive these emails, you must be receiving automated daily and/or weekly email communications via web application notification preferences
• Watch a demo to learn how to view, download and share contracts with clients as soon as they're available
