a. You may login with either your assigned username or your e-mail address
b. Passwords are case sensitive. Be aware of upper and lower case letters
c. You have 5 attempts to log in, if they are unsuccessful, your account will be locked out. You may retry after 1 hour.
As passwords may change, do not have 'Remember My Password' enabled. To disable this feature:
There are slight variations between Internet Explorer in XP (IE 8 and earlier) and Windows 7 (IE 9 and earlier). Also between browsers.
Internet Explorer:
1) Click on "Tools" and select "Internet Options." You can also access Internet Options by navigating to "Start," then to "Control Panel," then " Network and Internet" (in IE 8 and older browsers, “Internet Options” in IE 9) to access "Internet Options."
2) Click on the tab marked "Content" on the Internet Options dialog box. Move down to "AutoComplete" and click "Settings."
3) a. In IE 8 or older: Click "Prompt Me to Save Passwords" to remove the check mark from the selection.
b. IE 9: Uncheck “User names and passwords on forms”
4) Click ‘OK’ then ‘OK’ again to save changes. Restart browser to enable changes.
Firefox:
1) Open Firefox, click on “Tools” and select “Options”.
2) Click on the “Security” icon.
3) Uncheck “Remember passwords for sites”
