Your Case Manager will normally order the underwriting requirements from VirtGate.  This enables electronic status updates to be viewed and managed electronically by the paramedical service provider, the insurer and your Case Manager at Global Pacific. 

Note:  If an advisor orders their own medicals, the electronic communications are not electronically transmitted in VirtGate since the request is not initiated electronically – it becomes a manual process and may cause delay in updating VirtGate requirements fields.
