Change to Canada Post delivery for
digitized policy booklets
Policy booklets are
currently available on Suncentral to review with Clients digitally
within one business day after policy issue. As of March 1, we’ll be
switching from courier to Canada Post delivery for policy booklets,
where the digital version is available on Suncentral.
We encourage you to use
digital copies of policy booklets for review with Clients when
possible. These are currently available on Suncentral one business day
after policy issue. In instances where policy booklets are not
digitized (i.e. medical evidence isn’t disclosed to the advisor), they’ll
continue to be delivered by courier.
This change supports
you in driving more Clients toward digital options while delivering a
more modernized, flexible Client experience.
Please reach out to
our Advisor Experience Team for any questions.

policies
Regularly review
in-force life insurance policies with Child Term Benefit (CTB)
attachments to ensure Clients are not paying for protection they no
longer need.
Registered mail sent to Clients for
potential Personal Health Insurance (PHI) lapse notices
As of February
27, we’ll let Clients know about potential lapses in PHI
coverage by registered mail or courier. Clients will need to sign
