| Did you know? Clients who have worked with an advisor and have a formal plan versus those who do not have a formal plan, are extremely satisfied with their advisor (65% versus 32% respectively) with 52% of these clients stating that they would like to work with their advisor for the rest of their life (versus 28% who do not have a formal plan). This high level of satisfaction demonstrates clients’ appreciation of their advisors’ understanding of their needs. While other factors may contribute as well, the findings indicate that engaging and helping clients to create a clear road map for retirement is a major factor. |
