| | Reminder Multi-factor authentication: removal of SMS option Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a two-step validation process requiring you to provide two types of information to confirm your identity. It provides an additional layer of security to the Advisor Centre sign-in process. In order to maintain an optimal level of security for our platforms, changes will be made to the choices of factors available. Do you have questions about MFA and other authentication methods? | On July 7, the option of receiving security codes via text message (SMS) on your cell phone will be removed from the multi-factor authentication registration process. If you have already configured the SMS option, there is no change for the moment. However, we suggest that you prepare now for the removal by configuring an additional factor. The removal of the SMS factor will be effective as of autumn 2025. |
