New Investment Clients Will Now Be Auto-enrolled For MyEmpire!

We’re pleased to inform you that your investment clients will now receive access to their MyEmpire online account as soon as a new investment application has been submitted and their policy has been funded. MyEmpire is a safe and secure, self-serve online portal where clients can:

  • Access their investment and insurance policy information
  • Download investment statements
  • Access and download tax documents

To help your clients benefit from this self-service capability, please ensure you capture their email address(s) in the application.

  • After you have completed the application, please inform your clients that they will receive an email asking them to complete the set-up of their MyEmpire account
  • Once their investment policy has been funded, the MyEmpire account will be activated the next business day*
  • Clients will then be able to safely and securely view their investment information online, and download their statements and tax documents
