This note is to provide you notice of an issue that affects all Class Plus policies. This does not impact any other policies, including Class Plus 2, or Class Plus 2.1.

The previously announced Class Plus annual fee increase of 0.25% was not processed correctly, and the increased rate was not applied as scheduled.  For this reason, the fees were reversed and reprocessed between January 22 and 26, 2015. 

You may have noticed the fee reversal and reprocessing on your FundSERV transaction files or if you had printed statements from the business centre between January 1 and 22, you might notice that the fee amount has increased or that the number of units in the fund has decreased as a result of this correction. Please be assured that nothing will be sent to customers. Transaction confirmations are not being generated, and the transaction to reverse and reprocess the fee will not appear on the Business Centre or customer statements.
