We’re improving security for DocuSign
Starting Feb. 14, 2024, the way you receive DocuSign certificates of completion will change. Instead of an attached PDF, DocuSign will now send you a secure link to log in and download the certificate. Read more on this change and how you can save certificates.

Many year-end statements for segregated funds available now
If your clients with segregated fund policies opted to go paperless, most 2023 year-end statements are either available on My Canada Life™ now or will be soon. If any of your clients chose not to go paperless, they should receive them in the coming weeks. We’ve started mailing statements to these clients. All paper year-end statements for segregated funds will be mailed by March 1, 2024.
Clients can register for My Canada Life™ by visiting canadalife.com/gopaperless5. Please note that My Canada Life isn’t currently available for business or corporate-owned policies.

Help bring growth to your Chinese clients in the Lunar New Year!
Lunar New Year is the most important holiday in China. 2024 is the Year of the Dragon, symbolizing growth, success, strength, prosperity and happiness. Canada Life recognizes the opportunity this festival provides you for connecting with your clients in the Chinese segment. Between Jan. 29 to Feb. 23, 2024, we’ll run a Chinese New Year campaign in simplified and traditional Chinese.
Campaign highlights:
  • The campaign is aimed at Chinese Canadians and will run in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.
  • The campaign leverages digital platforms, including YouTube, WeChat and social media.
  • Like every year, we’re offering Canada Life branded red envelopes for you to share with your clients.
