Register now › | | | | Upcoming insurance policy migration | Most participating life insurance policies issued between Jan. 1, 2017, and June 23, 2022, will move to our new insurance policy administration system on Aug. 27, 2023. Some term life insurance policies still on one of our older systems are moving as well.
- You may want to prepare in advance for any service appointments with clients from Aug. 24 to Aug. 27 as there may be intermittent service interruptions to certain systems during this time, while policies move.
- After the move, your clients may see a change in the way their pre-authorized debit (PAD) payments are processed.
