Changes to duplicate client statements for mutual funds (client-held accounts)

 Canada Life Investment Management 
 
Starting July 2023, you’ll no longer receive paper copies of duplicate client statements from Canada Life Investment Management Ltd. (CLIML) for your client-held mutual fund accounts. This will help limit our environmental impact while also reducing the need for secure paper storage in your office. Need a duplicate client statement? There are four options for you to easily access digital copies:
  1. Visit the Quadrus section on Advisor site
    Under Forms & procedures > Process Navigator > Investments > Quadrus Investment Services Ltd. > Access Quadrus
    or
    Workspace
    Under Overview > Other tools and platforms > Access Quadrus
  2. Visit CLIML’s Advisor Access site, hosted by Mackenzie
  3. Email CLIML’s contact centre and request a digital copy Service@mackenzieinvestments.com (please include your rep code)
  4. Call CLIML’s contact centre and request a digital copy 1‑800-387‑0614
There are no changes for your clients
Nothing changes for your clients. Clients with client-held mutual fund accounts will continue to receive a printed copy of their semi-annual statement (June and December). The nominee account statement process also remains unchanged for clients and advisors.
