Modernizing our policy administration systems
Most G1 and G2 term life insurance policies sold before Jan. 1, 2017, are migrating to our new insurance policy administration system soon.
  • Effective Jan. 25, 2021.
  • Changes to combined PADs and lead-time processing for these policies.
  • Term-to-age 65, extended term life insurance policies and non-par permanent policies like Dynaterm won’t move at this time.

Fundserv Segregated Fund Enhancement
  • Beginning Jan. 26, 2021 Canada Life™ will be accepting the EFT settlement option for Fundserv participants when placing wire order purchases.
  • These enhancements will eliminate the need for personal cheques.
  • This will streamline the MGA process making it more convenient to act on the client’s behalf.
  • The EFT settlement option will mean less paperwork, faster processing times and make it easier for clients to do business with Canada Life.
