GLC Asset Management Group Ltd. to become part of Mackenzie Investments

• On Aug. 4, 2020 we reached an agreement to sell our Canadian asset management subsidiary, GLC Asset Management Group Ltd., to Mackenzie Financial Corporation. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2020

Underwriting update

• We’ve reduced the waiting period for international travel to 14 days

• Mackenzie Investments has changed the investment objective of a segregated fund on our shelf
• If you have impacted clients, you’ll receive a package in the mail containing a sample client letter and the list of your impacted clients
• Clients affected by the changes will receive a letter (sent on or around Aug. 20) explaining upcoming changes to their fund and the options available to them
