SmartDelivery now gives you more flexibility and control when delivering policies. We’re pleased to share key updates—most notably a new Offline Delivery capability. 
 

New Offline Delivery: An important new capability, designed for advisors who have their own documents to share with their client at the time of policy delivery. Further enhancements include:

	the ability to add documents to the settlement package for return to BMO Insurance.
	the ability to download individual documents or the full settlement package at any time.
	expanded abilities for MGA/distributor staff to access documents and reject eDelivery on behalf of an advisor.
	interface enhancements for a smoother review experience.

These enhancements are meant to help you manage complex delivery needs, while keeping SmartDelivery as your central hub for final BMO Insurance submission of settlement documents.

The new Offline Delivery option, plus further improvements to the SmartDelivery interface make this the optimal time to start using the platform – if you haven’t already been doing so!
