Following the disruption to Canada Post services on September 25, we are implementing the following measures to help minimize the impact on you and your clients. - Life insurance and Investment cheques over $500.

Update to the T2033 form A temporary version of the Direct Transfer Between Institutions T2033 | IND130 form is now available in the Document Centre and Mobile Office. We have replaced the P.O. box with Beneva’s physical mailing address to facilitate transfers between institutions. Insurance policies: Measures in the event of a lapsed policy If a policy were to lapse during this period, we will take the necessary steps to reinstate it. We encourage clients to prioritize paying their insurance premiums online if they are unable to use postal services. Online transactions We encourage you to submit your transactions electronically whenever possible for faster processing. - Individual Insurance: Use the Electronic Application or our PDF forms for email submissions, as usual.
- Savings and Investments: Complete your transactions using Mobile Office or our PDF forms for email submissions, as usual. You can send the PDFs through the Write to Us feature available in the Advisor Centre to ensure data security.
Online resources for advisors Electronic services for clients When available, encourage your clients to use the Client Centre, direct deposit, and email to simplify their processes. - The Client Centre provides access to life insurance statements, as well as the ability to view savings and investment statements and transactions.
We are committed to keeping you informed as the situation evolves. Once the service interruption at Canada Post ends, our operations will return to normal. |
