Managing Implicit Bias (1 hour session) will examine the concept of implicit bias. In this course, we recognize that our choices and behaviours are shaped by unconscious bias. Our biases can lead to negative consequences that effect our portfolios as financial advisors in Canada. We define bias and understand how fast decision making influences our perspectives and decisions. In this course you will gain foundational knowledge about managing implicit bias and build self-efficacy to support making change in the local marketplace.
