Momentum towards title protection is building across Canada, with efforts firmly underway in Ontario, Saskatchewan and New Brunswick. Many other provinces are actively considering the development of their own frameworks. With so much happening on this file over the past year, we thought our members would appreciate an update on the status of title protection efforts across Canada.
