This bulletin relates to Paramedical Services and COVID-19.
Global Pacific has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 developments and the impacts to clients, advisors, carrier partners, paramedical vendors and employees.
Where a paramedical has been ordered through Dynacare, advisors are to please contact your client and inform them of the following:
Paramedical Services
Dynacare, effective immediately, has suspended any appointments previously scheduled with clients due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Global Pacific is placing orders on your behalf and we have confirmation that when Paramed Services resume, Dynacare will schedule the appointments in order of receipt.
ExamOne is taking our orders and contacting your client with screening questions before scheduling the appointment. Depending on client answers to health questions, an appointment may be set or alternatively the order MAY be cancelled. If your client is unwell, the client must disclose this to the nurse before the appointment can be made. If the client appointment is cancelled, a new appointment will need to be made when services resume.
We understand you have many questions regarding when appointments will resume. When we receive more information, we will share it with you.
