Transition Rules

Applications signed before August 11, 2019 will be issued the current term product. A new application will be required if the applicant would like to apply for the new term. All applications signed on or after August 11, 2019 will be issued the new term product.

Applications for life and critical illness insurance coded 105849 CAN (12/17) that are signed before August 11, 2019 must be received by Foresters no later than 3 p.m. on August 23, 2019 or they will not be processed and a new application will be required.
