Update on Statement Mailings

We are pleased to announce that the Empire Life Annual Investment statements have begun printing and mailing. Statements will be generated and mailed in batches daily and will continue for approximately the next 8 to 10 business days.

Accessing Statements

Individual account statements will be available online for viewing in both the Retail Advisor Portal and the MyEmpire customer portal approximately 48 hours after they are generated. If you don't see a particular account's statement in the portal please check back in a few days (as it hasn't been generated yet).

Bulk downloads of statements for advisors will be available in the Business Centre approximately 1 week after the final statements have been generated and mailed.

Reminder: Online Access for Clients

We encourage all of your clients to register for the MyEmpire customer portal, where they can access their market values, beneficiary designations, and other important policy information 24/7. Your clients can register for the portal at empire.ca/register
