Now your clients can view their policy information for Whole Life, Universal Life, Critical Illness and Investment annuities on MyEmpire!
With our continued commitment to improve our digital experience with Empire Life, we have now added policy information for other Insurance and Investment products for your clients on My Empire online.
Effective July 7, 2022 your clients from whom we have received consent can see total insurance coverage amounts, any coverage add-ons such as paid up additions or one year extender amounts, premium amount and payment details for.
An email will be sent to your clients letting them know of this new enhancement on My Empire online. Click below to see the email that will be sent to your clients: |
Did you know? As an Advisor, you can also update and change your client’s address online on My Advisor Dashboard! Simply check on the Forms & Applications menu at the top and click on the Update Client Address button and follow the instructions. |
