On June 10, we let you know that we were resuming some of our regular activities. Here’s a summary of what we’ve accomplished so far. New business contracts issued after March 24, 2020 are gradually being mailed out to you. To date, we have sent all contracts issued by mid-May. We expect to be fully caught up sometime in September. Once you receive the documents, please make sure they get to your clients securely and as soon as possible. Refusal and application closing letters are being sent to clients as usual. The tools and procedures implemented during the pandemic are still available. Please keep using them for client signatures. |
