We’re sorry for any inconvenience to you and your clients. | | This doesn’t impact the segregated fund policies that recently moved to a new system over the Aug. 4 to 8 weekend. Mid-year statements are delayed for:- Standard Series, Partner Series and all Preferred Series segregated fund and annuity policies

If you have clients with affected policies- You can access policy information for these policies on Workspace.
- Clients who are registered users of My Canada Life™ can view their policy details online.
- Clients who aren’t, can register now at canadalife.com/gopaperless5
- Clients with policies that are corporate owned, managed in trust or if they’re a power of attorney will be able to manage or get information about their policies by contacting you or calling the Client Service Centre at 1-888-252-1847 (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET).
