Change on the BMO Insurance Health Advocate Plan

The BMO Insurance Health Advocate^TM Plan is available at no extra charge¹ on all eligible life and critical illness insurance plans. This program includes access to valuable medical information and services as well as personal assistance services².

Effective January 1, 2022, the service provider for the medical information and services changed its name: Best Doctors is now known as Teladoc Medical Experts^®†. The service provider for the personal assistance services component of the program also changed its name: Morneau Shepell is now known as LifeWorks.

Please note that while the names of these two organizations have changed, your clients can continue to expect the same great services from each provider.

All eligible policyowners can continue to initiate a request for services using the same contact information that’s included in the Health Advocate Plan brochure they receive(d) with their policy.

Note: we expect to have all our marketing material and websites updated in February 2022 to reflect these name changes.
