Join us on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 8:30 A.M. (PST) for Module 12A of the Practice Development series.

The Advocis BC Chapters have collaborated to offer the Advocis Practice Development series, focusing on skills and knowledge that newer advisors need to be successful. The modules are delivered in two parts by experienced advisors who will facilitate the workshops and mentor the participants.

Module Twelve: Relationship Management

As you build your business, additional tasks need to be undertaken to ensure the continuity of the business and its continuous growth. In this module you will learn:

  • The importance of ongoing relationship management and developing a steady communication plan
  • How to ask for feedback and from whom
  • Growing your business by generating referrals
