All conversion and SPIA requests must be received by this date in order for policies to be issued for year-end settling.

Conversion and SPIA settling requirements must be received by this date to allow for year-end commission processing.

Effective October 1, 2017 amount of paper cheques was increased to $500.00 and EFT remained at $50.00.

 

If you wish to receive your commission payment by EFT, provide us with direct deposit information (a void cheque or bank stamped Direct Deposit Form) to insurance.agencyservices@bmo.com or 416-350-7600 (fax) to have your next commission payment deposited directly into your bank account.
